Return Policy
Thank you for shopping with us! We hope you are satisfied with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.
Returns
- You have 15 days from the date you received your item to request a return.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
- Some items are non-returnable, such as: Downloadable software products, Custom or personalized items, Items marked as “final sale, discount, sale”
Return Process
- To initiate a return, please contact us at rma@gameoverdxb.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue.
- Once your return is approved, you will receive a return authorization and instructions on how and where to send your item.
- Please do not send your item back without prior authorization.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
- If your return is approved, we will process your refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account. This depends on your bank.
Exchanges
- If you need to exchange an item for a different product, please contact us within 5 to 7 days from the date of purchase. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Shipping Costs
- You are responsible for the shipping costs of returning your item unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at rma@gameoverdxb.com with details and photos of the issue. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
